Cancellation Policy
I charge 100% of service for no-shows and 50% same day cancellations less than 24hrs notice. I charge 50% of service if client is more than 15 min late, will not be able to provide your service and will have to reschedule.
Please be considerate when booking with me; I am by appointment only and I am only at my studio when I have appointments scheduled. Therefore, please let me know if you are unable to make it to your appointment or if you are running late.
Please let me know if you need a correction with your lashes within 72hours from appointment. Any adjustments needed after 72 hours will be charged for a refill.
